These silicone/polymer gel toe separators/protectors are designed to alleviate the pain caused by friction from corns. They also help with the correction of a toe overlap problem.

Before use please ensure that the tube of gel is not too tight around your toe before wearing it for a period of time, and remove at bedtime to avoid restriction of circulation in your toe. It is advisable to wear this type of toe pad no longer than 12 hours maximum at any time. To keep toe gel tube clean you may wash it in soapy water and if necessary and once dry you can apply some talcum powder to remove stickiness. It is not advisable to wear this type of pad on broken skin, wounds or infected or inflamed skin or if you have a circulatory problem or diabetes. Should you experience any discomfort or pain during its use then immediately remove and stop using it and visit your podiatrist.
