Absorbent cotton refers to cotton that is chemically treated to remove fat. It is made of raw cotton by removing inclusions, degreasing, bleaching, washing and drying. It is easier to absorb liquid than ordinary cotton. It is a sanitary product and is also used to make nitric acid fiber.
